Katy Padula, LCSW

Katy Padula (She/Her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Lake House Therapy Group. Katy has worked with a wide variety of clients since starting her career. Currently, Katy enjoys partnering with clients struggling with T/trauma, depression, anxiety, life-changes (such as marriage, divorce, new parents, early adulthood, etc.), and more. Katy believes in providing a nonjudgmental, safe space to explore lifes challenges. To help clients reach their goals, Katy uses several therapeutic approaches including but not limited to EMDR, CBT, and DBT. For Katy, therapy entails looking for what life changes you want to make, a willingness to make those changes, and sees her role as a helper for clients to find the courage and strength they already possess to make those changes. She believes in a strong therapeutic relationship that is based on trust and safety. Katy works with teens, young adults, and adults in office and/or virtually. Katy lives by the idea that the future begins in the present. "Try to help you, I will"

Therapist, Licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin

Kelsey Hutchins, LCPC

Life is tough . . . but life is tougher when you try to go it alone. I strive to walk with you as you journey through the changes you want to make in your life, and bring a holistic perspective to session; mind, body and soul all intersecting with each other to impact your life satisfaction. I have over 13 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families on issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and grief. From my perspective, therapy is about working toward healing and resolving the root issue, not just in managing symptoms, though that may also be worked toward initially. Ultimately, my goal as we work together through therapy is to help you learn how to trust yourself more, press forward in hope even amidst life’s difficulty, and to make space for restoration of your pain and suffering.

New to the Team!

Martha Lucia Aristizabal

I'm a bilingual therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult moments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with people facing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, and other complex life situations. My passion lies in supporting others as they work toward healing, personal growth, and a renewed sense of well-being.

I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we’ll build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, working as a team to help you move forward.

Trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, I tailor my methods to best meet your individual needs and goals. No two people are the same, and your path to wellness should reflect your unique experiences and strengths.

Thank you for taking this first step. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
