Life is tough . . . but life is tougher when you try to go it alone. I strive to walk with you as you journey through the changes you want to make in your life, and bring a holistic perspective to session; mind, body and soul all intersecting with each other to impact your life satisfaction. I have over 13 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families on issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and grief. From my perspective, therapy is about working toward healing and resolving the root issue, not just in managing symptoms, though that may also be worked toward initially. Ultimately, my goal as we work together through therapy is to help you learn how to trust yourself more, press forward in hope even amidst life’s difficulty, and to make space for restoration of your pain and suffering.
