Insurance and Payment Options

  • We accept payment via Credit or Debit card. You can securely add or update your card information via our client portal anytime - And payments will be run automatically after each session is completed.

  • For clients using health insurance, the co-payment amount for each session is determined by your insurance company.

    Providing your insurance information prior to your first appointment allows us to verify benefits, and communicate what your estimated payment will be.

    We are currently in network with the payers listed below. If your insurance company, plan or network is not listed, we can find out if our services would be covered.:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois

    • Aetna

    • Cigna

    • United Behavioral Health / United Health Care / UMR

  • We work with a variety of Employers and Employee Assistance programs in the area. Our billing team will be happy to work with you and your HR sponsor to verify if services will be covered.

  • Cash fees are determined by each individual therapist and vary depending on the therapists’ background, professional license, and experience. We offer a wide range of options.

We have contracted with numerous insurance companies, managed care plans, HMOs, PPOs, Employment Assistance Programs, and businesses for third party payment.
